Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and socks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your initial email. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Standard shipping fees will apply for the new item.
