At Victorious Fashion, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the details below:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Socks

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your initial email. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Standard shipping fees will apply for the new item.
